Scope Of Work
To realize a good indoor climate, we use VELUX daylight visualizer and comfort calculator to meet the air quality comfort and daylight supply. And to turn the building to be a passive house, we have energy design and simulation to manage energy use in different buildings. The material that applies to the building are considered as natural, good thermal inertial, u values and airtightness to get the best material Ica. The building inventory has also been part to make the building to be the material bank. Finally, these all contribute to the passive house design, and carbon neutral preschool.
The preschool is located in Länsmasgården, and the area is 1000-3000 square meters, the function is a public preschool. The design has applied Bio-waste collection floor heating system and separate toilets; Besides, the greenhouse on the rooftop provides kids extra semi-outdoor space to observe natures and get hands dirty by doing some gardening, participating to the eco-system and learn bio-rhythm form nature.
